* Possibility of execution with increased stroke and increased height from bed to ram

Main technical features:
DRIVE WITH ROTATIVE LINEAR MOTOR (patented). It uses the concept of the linear brushless motor. This solution, besides being very simple from a constructive point of view, thanks to the high efficiency and the considerable dynamic performances typical of the linear motor allow the achievement of:
- higher impact speed and therefore reduced wear of the dies,
- higher energy available that can be totally achieved even at 3/4 of the ram stroke,
- considerable reduction of the cycle time, which means higher productivity,
- energy programmable with absolute accuracy and repeatability,
- extremely high efficiency thanks to the elimination of the energy consumption caused, in the traditional machines, both by the transmission of the motion to the flywheel (motor/belts/disks/leather/flywheel) and by the dynamic brake at the top dead center.

The above mentioned advantages optimize the press performances and allow the achievement of:
- Lower working cost: reduction of the parts subject to wearing, of the machine stops for maintenance works and of the energy consumption (over 50%) thanks to the higher efficiency and to the electronic recovery system of the braking energy.
- Higher reliability: the number of mechanical components is considerably reduced.
- Increased life: besides the constructive simplicity, the possibility of an accurate energy and stroke programming enables the use optimization and the elimination of the mechanic overloads of the machine.
