FICEP is proud to introduce in the market a revolutianory feature on its automatic cnc drilling lines either for profiles or plates: SCRIBING. This is a device supplied with a special tool and self-adapting system that is able to write lines and characters related to the asseblies that will be later fit up on the main members of the processed parts. The most important SCRIBING feature is that thanks to the cooperaton with our partners in this project (Steel Projects and Tekla) we are able to extract the assembly files directly from Tekla Structures and send them to our CNC control. This means an extraordinary time saving in production and a huge reduction of human errors during the assembly.
The huge number of FICEP CNC lines installed in the South America area has incited us to open a new subsidiary company for the after sale service in Sao Paulo - Brasil.
